Marianne Fredriksson
Marianne Fredriksson (*
28. März 1927 in
Göteborg) ist eine
schwedische Schriftstellerin.
Bevor sie Schriftstellerin wurde, arbeitete Fredriksson als Journalistin bei verschiedenen schwedischen Zeitungen und Zeitschriften, einschließlich dem Svenska Dagbladet.
Bis jetzt hat sie elf Romane veröffentlicht, die ins Englische, Deutsche und andere Sprachen übersetzt worden sind. Das zentrale Thema in ihren Schriften ist Freundschaft, da ihrer Meinung nach in Zukunft "Freundschaft wichtiger sein wird als Liebe".
